Ms. Claudette S. Henderson is an experienced culturally competent Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional in the State of Illinois. She has over eight years of experience interfacing with various agencies, medical providers/medical homes, institutions, organizations, judicial systems, law enforcement and public officials. Ms. Henderson is a graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice with a concentration in Political Science. She went on to obtain her master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Health and a certification in Human Rights.
Ms. Henderson studied the majority of her master’s degree in Coburg, Germany as an exchange student serving as an asylum seeker advocate. She has traveled both educationally and personally to various countries learning and working with various organizations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross, United Nations Human Rights Committee-Geneva, Switzerland and the Human Rights Campaign-Nuremberg, Germany.
